Does Urban Ready host guests or manage bookings?
No. Urban Ready is a B2B furnishing and fit-out wholesaler. We prepare units to a guest-ready standard and hand them to operators. We don't contact guests, hold OTA listings or run short-let bookings.
What does a furnishing package include?
A package is scoped to the unit and the operator brief. It typically covers furniture for living, sleeping, dining and kitchen areas, bathroom and kitchen essentials, soft furnishings, and finishing items, delivered and installed to a guest-ready standard.
How are packages priced?
As a single turnkey package per unit, not item by item. Portfolio volume earns a better package rate. We confirm a fixed price with your quote.
Do you install, or just deliver?
We deliver and install in the unit and leave it dressed and photo-ready — you take handover of a unit that's set up, not a pile of boxes.
Can you also handle utilities and council tax?
Yes. Alongside furnishing and fit-out we handle utilities setup, council tax registration, cleaning and the operational-readiness tasks that get a unit ready to run.
Where does Urban Ready operate?

Who are Urban Ready's customers?

Does Urban Ready charge variable or revenue-share rent?
No. We are a commercial wholesaler operating on a fixed commercial basis, not a short-let operator on variable rent.
