This website is for business-to-business use. We provide property setup, furnishing and maintenance services to accommodation operators, landlords, developers and investors. We do not knowingly collect data from members of the public as guests.

What we collect

• Enquiry and contact details you give us when you request a quote or get in touch — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your property or brief.
• Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send us.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide our services — legitimate interests and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
• To run, secure and improve our website — legitimate interests in operating an effective business website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host, email provider and analytics provider — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
