How our packages are built
Every package is specified room by room and priced as a single turnkey package — not a list of loose items. You tell us the property type and brief; we scope the full inventory, source it, deliver it and install it in the unit. You take handover of a photo-ready space, not a stack of boxes. The more units you furnish with us, the better the package rate — we work to a volume package price across a portfolio rather than one-off retail.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you work directly with guests?
- No. Urban Ready is B2B only. We furnish and fit out units for landlords and serviced-accommodation operators. We don't host guests, hold OTA listings or run bookings.
- How are packages priced?
- As a single turnkey package per unit, not item by item. Portfolio volume earns a better package rate. We confirm a fixed price with your quote.
- Do you install, or just deliver?
- We deliver and install in the unit and leave it dressed and photo-ready — not a pile of boxes.
- Can I order just the kitchen or bathroom pack?
- Yes. The Kitchen & Electrical and Bathroom Accessories packs can be ordered standalone or added to any package.
- Can you also sort utilities and council tax?
- Yes — utilities setup, council tax registration and cleaning so the unit is operationally ready, not just furnished.
- Which areas of London do you cover?
- We operate across London. Share the unit location at quote stage and we'll confirm.
